Dr. Thomas A. Masterson III is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologist specializing in male reproductive medicine, microsurgery, and men’s sexual health. With advanced expertise in complex male fertility care and microsurgical reconstruction, Dr. Masterson provides personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s goals and quality of life.
He completed his residency and fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami, where he developed advanced expertise in male infertility, hormonal management, vasectomy reversal, sperm extraction procedures including MicroTESE, and men’s reproductive health.
Dr. Masterson is dedicated to helping patients restore confidence, optimize reproductive health, and navigate family-building journeys with discretion, expertise, and compassionate support. His practice combines advanced technology, modern medicine, and a concierge-style patient experience designed around the needs of today’s patient.
Dr. Masterson has been living and working in South Florida for over a decade and works closely with many of the IVF centers and Reproductive Endocrinologists in the area.

Miami Reproductive Urology is an out-of-network, direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance; however, a superbill can be provided to you for potential reimbursement based on your individual insurance benefits.
We aim to provide outstanding results at an affordable price. Pricing will vary based on the location where the procedure is performed, IVF vs outpatient surgery center and include facility, anesthesia, and surgery fee unless specified differently. We will always provide you an estimate prior to scheduling surgery.
